Name of register: Online store customer register

Purpose of register:

The customer register of Online store is used for customer relationship management, execution of the rights and obligations of the customer and Online store, as well as for processing personal data for the purposes of online service provision, research, communication, and targeting the advertising and/or direct marketing of the Online store and/or its partners to the registered customers in keeping with the Finnish Personal Data Act. Information from the customer register to external third parties will not be released.

By accepting the terms and conditions of purchase, the user grants Niina Hiltunen the right to process the information provided by the user as required for the maintenance and development of the customer relationship. The user can opt to join a mailing list to receive newsletters and offers relating to Niina Hiltunen’s online store. The user can opt-out from the mailing list by contacting the register keeper / contact person via email.

Data contents of register:

The customer’s contact information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address for contacts), customer number and possible login information (password/username), permission information (customer’s consent to receiving marketing communications), purchase transaction information, information about the termination of a customer relationship.

The source of information is the information given by the customer upon registration and during the customer relationship. The register contents are updated based on the customer’s notifications. The register keeper shall not release any information from the customer register to external parties.

The customer register is treated as confidential and it is appropriately protected against unauthorised access. No hard copy of the register is kept. The register is only used by the register keeper and contact person, whose job description includes such tasks. Every user has a personal username and password. The network and hardware, where the register is located, are protected against external access with firewalls.

Registration is free of charge, and registered users are not obligated to anything apart from complying with the Terms and Conditions.

Users of Niina Hiltunen’s Online store must be full-aged, sovereign natural or legal persons.

Each user of Niina Hiltunen’s Online store is responsible for the correctness of information provided by him/her and for the use and keeping of his/her possible personal username and password.

The user is entitled to check, edit and remove register information concerning him/her. This can be done by contacting the register keeper / contact person. The service provider may be required to delete information from the register if its monitoring measures reveal that the customer is abusing the service.

Rekisterin nimi: Asiakasrekisteri
Asiakasrekisterin tarkoituksena on tilauksiin liittyvä yhteydenpito, tilauksen toimittaminen ja laskutus. Erilliselle kanta-asiakkaiden postituslistalle pyytäneille asiakkaille lähetämme mainospostia sähköpostitse. Asiakasrekisteriin voivat kuulua vain täysi-ikäiset luonnolliset henkilöt tai oikeushenkilöt. Rekisteriin kuuluminen on maksutonta.

Asiakasrekisteri sisältää asiakkaan tilauksen yhteydessä antamat etunimen, sukunimen, laskutusosoitteen, vaihtoehtoiset toimitusosoitteet, puhelinnumeron sekä sähköpostiosoitteen. Lisäksi Asiakasrekisteriin kirjataan asiakkaan tilaushistoria sekä suoramarkkinointilupa. Asiakas on vastuussa tietojen oikeellisuudesta.

Jos asiakas haluaa poistaa tietonsa rekisteristä ja/tai muuttaa niitä tapahtuu se ilmoittamalla asiasta rekisterin ylläpitäjäjälle sähköpostitse, kirjeitse tai puhelimitse. Väärinkäytösten yhteydessä rekisterin ylläpitäjällä on oikeus poistaa asiakkaan tiedot / estää asiakkaan tietojen käyttö tilauksiin.

Tähän rekisteriin ilmoitettuja henkilö- ja yhteystietoja ei käytetä muihin kuin edellä mainittuihin tarkoituksiin. Tietoja ei myydä eikä luovuteta kolmannelle osapuolelle eikä EU:n tai ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle. Rekisterin tiedot on suojattu sekä fyysisesti että sähköisesti asianmukaisesti käyttäjätunnuksin ja salasanoin. Ainoastaan rekisterinpitäjällä ja yhteyshenkilöllä on oikeus käyttää ja ylläpitää rekisterin tietoja. Asiakasrekisteristä ei säilytetä paperista tulostetta.
